1 killed, 3 hurt in four-vehicle mishap

MANILA, Philippines—One person was killed, and three people were injured in an accident involving four vehicles, including a passenger bus, in North Luzon Expressway Friday morning, a television report said.

The accident happened at the northbound lane near the Angeles exit of the expressway, the report said.
