Evacuees in Tinago treated to party

11:28 AM December 16, 2013

Evacuees housed in the barangay Tinago gym in Cebu City were treated to a party hosted by the St. Theresa’s College (STC) High School Batch 1987.
Members of the batch served packed meals to at least 150  children and adults, from the typhoon-affected areas in Samar and Leyte who are now staying at the gym.
The evacuees enjoyed games which had prizes for the winners  and the presence of the Jollibee mascot, clowns and balloon twister, which provided entertainment.
Everyone was delighted with the show and some parents even gave dance and song numbers.
At the end of the party, the batch distributed loot bags to all the children.
The batch members pooled their resources together to make this event happen.
