MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Roxas said that approximately P5 million worth of jewelry were stolen from the department store of SM City North Edsa Sunday night.
Roxas, in a radio interview, said that the crowbars used in the crime were bought from inside the mall, avoiding detection from the security guards at the gates.
“We are not rushing things, an investigation is going on,” said Roxas.
