A 64-year-old taxi driver was found dead inside his taxi in barangay San Roque, Cebu City.
Julito Jumuad, driver of Ken Taxi with plate number GCM-467, bore two gunshot wounds in the chest.
The victim, a resident of barangay Lahug, Cebu City, may have been robbed before he was killed, said SPO1 Ruth Violango.
Violango said a witness noticed a commotion inside the taxi while it was parked near the Plaza Independencia past 1 a.m. yesterday.
Two men later disembarked from the taxi and fled.
