Hotel launches school painting project
A TEAM from Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino in Mactan headed by hotel manager Benhur Caballes trooped to launch its “Help-Paint-A-School” project in Barangay Poblacion Elementary School in Lapu-Lapu City last Nov. 13.
The project aims to promote better education by giving classrooms a facelift.
The team also visited Purok Yakal in barangay Poblacion last Nov. 6 for a feeding program that benefited more than 100 children in the barangay.
An advance Christmas Party was also held last Nov. 7 at the Home Care Center for Children in Lapu-Lapu City, where the hotel’s department heads and children had one-on-one interaction through games and other activities.
