Advent retreat set this weekend
THE Jesuit Retreat House in Banawa Hills, Cebu City will host an Advent retreat on Dec. 13-15.
The activity answers the need of employees, professionals, workers in government, religious brothers and sisters and the clergy to reflect on themselves, their lives and their work or apostolate amid fear, crisis, disorientation or frustration and despair.
The retreat dynamics of “Teaching the Heart to Wait” allows people to awaken their desire for God to come into their lives, and to pray with hope and expectancy during this “season of waiting.”
