OFW nabbed at NAIA for cocaine concealed in shampoo bottles

MANILA, Philippines—Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Deputy Director for Operations Abe Lemos said an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) from Doha Qatar was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 Wednesday for Illegal drugs.

Lemos said more or less two liters of liquid cocaine were confiscated from the suspect identified as Mary Joy Corpuz-Soriano.

According to Lemos, the arrest warrant was made in coordination with the NAIA Drug Interdiction Task Group.
