Cobonpue lamps to help Yoly survivors

Cebuano designer Kenneth Cobonpue rolled out his latest creation to raise funds for communities devastated by supertyphoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan).

Cobonpue created limited edition centerpiece lamps called “First Light” which was unveiled in Makati last Thursday evening. He is partnering with the Habitat Youth Council for this endeavor.

Habitat Youth Council (HYC) has partnered with world-renowned Filipino furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue to create limited edition centerpiece lamps to help raise funds for communities left homeless by supertyphoon Yolanda.

The designer lamp would cost P3,500 each. Proceeds will go to Habitat Youth Council which is building houses for families rendered homeless by Yolanda.

The “First Light” lamps will be available for the holiday season at Swatch shops in Metro Manila and at the Kenneth Cobonpue showroom in Greenbelt Residences. Orders can also be placed by calling Habitat for Humanity Philippines at +632-8462177.
