Man arrested for illegal gunmaking
A 61-year-old was arrested in Danao City yesterday for illegally manufacturing guns.
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-7) arrested Efraim Preto Gomez Sr. for his illegal enterprise.
Supt. Fermin Armendarez III led the team in the raid on Gomez’s house in barangay Guinacot, Danao City at 11 a.m. yesterday.

Regional Trial Court RTC Judge Tereista Galanida of Mandaue City issued the arrest warrant against Gomez.
Seized during the raid witnessed by barangay tanods were two .38 revolvers, a 357 revolver, an Ingram, assorted unfinished guns, several pieces of ammunition and equipment./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
