MANILA, Philippines—Despite the Court of Appeals’ dismissal of a syndicated estafa case against Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corp. head Delfin Lee, he remains on the list of the Philippine National Police’s most wanted fugitives.
“He’s still on the wanted list and we are waiting for the official transmittal of the resolution of the Court of Appeals,” PNP spokesperson Rueben Theodore Sindac said Friday.

Sindac said that Lee, who along with four others is accused of using fake documents and ghost borrowers to obtain about P7 billion in loans from the government Pag-IBIG Fund for Globe Asiatique housing projects in Pampanga, is one of the “Big Five Fugitives” in the country.
