Sandiganbayan approves Garcia plea bargain
MANILA, Philippines—The Sandiganbayan Second Division on Monday approved the plea bargain on the plunder case of former military comptroller Carlos Garcia. The court also denied the motion for intervention of the Office of the Solicitor General.
