Suspect in copper wire theft falls

A 29-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing around 10 kilos of copper wire from a shop in Mandaue City.

Suspect Bernabe Delemios of Lilo-an, Cebu was spotted by policemen who were on patrol along M.L. Quezon Street at 5 a.m. Sunday.

Police deemed his actions suspicious prompting them to check the sack he was carrying and brought him to the police station where he admitted that he took the copper wires from Cebu Tristar Corp./Reporter Jucell Marie P. Cuyos

TWO suspected robbers were arrested for allegedly breaking into the house of Jamino Bulado, 21 in Hillside Village, barangay Bulacao, Talisay City Sunday evening.

Insp. Rodgene Fudota and his men arrived and arrested suspects Dave Jumampong Larino alyas Baden, 19, and Freddie Cabudbud alyas Kulot, 24. Fudota recovered one unit jigsaw power tool worth P15,000 and an MP3 player worth P10,000 from the suspects./Correspondent Gabriel C. Bonjoc
