A 19-YEAR-OLD Papua New Guinea national was arrested after causing trouble in a KTV bar in Mango Avenue, Cebu City last Saturday dawn.
Police said Elijah Guan was drunk when he and his companion argued.
Police said Guan shattered a large mirror during the commotion that ensued prompting the bar management to call the police.
Guan is detained at the Fuente Police Station./CORRESPONDENT CHRISTINE M. ESTRELLA
