Full copy of the SC decision on PDAF

MANILA, Philippines–Here is the full copy of the Supreme Court decision declaring the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) commonly known as Pork Barrel as unconstitutional. The decision, reached via a 14-0 vote, was announced on Nov. 19.

The documents include a copy of the main decision as well as separate concurring opinions of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio and Associate Justices Arturo Brion and Marvic Leonen was made public Friday.—Tetch Torres-Tupas
