Waste of gov’t money
I always report to the LTFRB reckless taxi drivers, drivers who verbally abuse customers and taxi drivers who insist on charging commuters beyond what is on the meter. And if you don’t want to file a lawsuit and attend hearings, all LTFRB does is file a report. They say they will contact the party involved then mail to me a copy of their findings after a month. It’s been more than a year now yet no results. I did a follow up months ago but nothing came out of it. It seems like another misuse of government allotted funds.—Jay, 29, Quezon City
