MANILA, Philippines—The fire that broke out in an establishment in Pasig City late Tuesday afternoon was put out by firemen Tuesday night.
According to SFO2 Norberto Lacap, the fire that hit a warehouse of Eastern Petroleum on Villa Alfonso St. in Bambang at 5:10 p.m. was put out at 7:20 p.m.
He said the blaze reached the fifth alarm.
He said local authorities had a difficult time putting out the fire because of the presence of “lubricants” and other chemicals in the warehouse.
So far, there were no reported casualties, he said.
