Live-in partners slain in Tondo
Two vegetable vendors were shot dead Friday night in Tondo, Manila.
Cornelia Fernandez, 33 and Bernard Briones, 24, who police said were live-in partners, were both shot in the head by a still unidentified gunman around 6:30 p.m. near Building 20 of the Aroma Therapy housing site.
The shooter fled on foot toward Radial Road 10.
