MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines will experience cloudy skies over the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin Friday.
Light rains accompanying the cloudy skies may be experienced up north in Cagayan valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos, while isolated rain showers or thunder storms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Wind forces will also play a part in the day weather with moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas, the bulletin reported.
Coastal waters around the mentioned areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
