MANILA, Philippines—A low pressure area (LPA), downgraded from tropical depression “Zoraida,” left the country on Thursday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

The state weather bureau in its latest weather advisory said the LPA was already outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).

Last spotted 530 kilometers northwest of Puerto Princesa City in Palawan, Pagasa said it would no longer affect any part of the country.

However, “The regions of Cagayan Valley, Bicol and Eastern Visayas and the province of Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms,” Pagasa said in its 24-hour weather forecast.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers.
