• Quezon Province (all levels) 
• Sorsogon City (all levels)
• Tagaytay City (all levels)

VISAYAS

• Baybay, Leyte (all levels)
• Bacolod City (all levels)
• Biliran (all levels, until further notice)
• Bohol (all levels)
• Borogan City, Samar (all levels)
• Cebu Province (all levels)
• Eastern Samar (all levels)
