- Dumaguete City (all levels, until November 8)
- Gingoog City (all levels)
- Kalibo, Aklan (all levels)
- Lapu-lapu City (all levels, until November 8)
- Leyte (all levels)
- Mandaue City (all levels, until November 8)
- Misamis Oriental (all levels)
- Negros Occidental (all levels)
- Negros Oriental (all levels, until November 8)
- Northern Samar (all levels)
