Car abandoned by three men causes alarm

AN ABANDONED car yesterday alarmed pedestrians in Fuente Rotunda in midtown Cebu City.
Police said three men were seen disembarking  past midnight from the Toyota Corolla  sedan which had no   license plate.
Fearing the idle car may  contain explosives, a parking attendant sought help from the police.
No bombs were found by operatives of the Explosive Ordnance Division who inspected the car around 10 a.m.
They found an  identification card bearing the name Aldwin Stella of  barangay Basak-Pardo, Cebu City.
Police still checking if the car was a stolen vehicle.
The sedan was  turned over to the Cebu City Traffic Operations Management (Citom)./CORRESPONDENT Fe Marie D. DumaboC
