Tomas O. in Italy, misses election
BANDO Osmeña-Pundok Kauswagan (BO-PK) leader Tomas Osmeña missed yesterday’s barangay election.
Councilor Margot Osmeña said her husband left for Italy on Thursday to attend the wedding of a close friend. He will return to the country today.
“I would have wanted to also go but I had to stay for the barangay elections,” Margot told Cebu Daily News.

“I stayed so the barangay captains would not feel abandoned.”
