No Wednesday seminar for applicants – MCWD

/ 09:46 AM October 29, 2013

THE Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) has temporarily suspended the holding of free orientation seminars for new water service applicants on Wednesdays to avoid inconveniencing the transacting public since the elevators are not yet operational.

MCWD still holds seminar every Saturday at the ground floor of the water district’s main office.

MCWD has also set up a one-stop shop at the ground floor to entertain the concerns of the consumers without sending them to the fourth floor where the billing and service connection departments are located.

The park will reopen on Nov. 3, Sunday.
