Number coding in Metro Manila suspended Monday

MANILA, Philippines—The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Friday said its  Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program, or number coding, will be suspended on Monday.

In a Twitter advisory, the MMDA said the suspension of the traffic scheme will be implemented in the entire Metro Manila, including the cities of Pasay and Makati.

The Philippines will hold its barangay elections on Monday.
