THE processing of permit to carry firearms outside residence (PTCFOR) will be held on Oct. 24 and 25 at the Police Regional Office headquarters on Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City.
A team from the PNP national headquarters will provide a one-stop shop services, such as biometrics, drug test, NP exam and processing.
PTCFOR applicants are advised to bring the following requirements: Duty status and non pending case (for active AFP, PNP and BJMP), NSO birth certificate, senior citizens ID (for senior citizen), appointment order (for Presidential appointee), appointment order (AFP, PNP and BJMP), annual active duty status (for reservist), retirement order and retired ID (AFP, PNP and BJMP), oath of office (for elected officials), threat assessment from Regional Intelligence Division (for new applicant), agency/office ID (for government employees, uniformed personnel and elected officials), firearms license ID (photocopy), old PTCFOR ID (photocopy), DI clearance, NBI clearance, Municipal Trial Court, Regional Trial Court, drug test (PNP – Crime Laboratory Camp Crame), neuro-psychiatric test (PNPGH, Camp Crame), AFIS (finger print) and recent photo (1 2×2 for every application and 1 passport size).
