MANILA, Philippines – The Quezon City Regional Trial Court has issued a temporary restraining order halting the closure of the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA), said a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report on Thursday.
Earlier in October, students sought the intervention of the local court by invoking “the reciprocity of a school-student contract.”
The PSBA announced their closure effective October 18, citing “serious business losses.”
