Trader in Danao gunned down

A RICE retailer was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding assailants in barangay Poblacion, Danao City, northern Cebu.

Reynaldo Agustin Lindayag, 55, was aboard a trisikad with his store helper when two men on a motorcycle who had been tailing them shot them past 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The trader was on his way home. He suffered several gunshot wounds in the body.

Three empty shells of a .45 caliber pistol were recovered at the crime scene.
