No classes in Manila Oct. 14 for Iglesia project

Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada on Friday signed Executive Order 31 suspending classes in all school levels in the city on Monday, Oct. 14. The suspension was in view of the FYM (Felix Y. Manalo) Foundation’s Lingap sa Mamamayan Project. The community outreach event by the charity arm of the Iglesia ni Kristo is expected to draw 1.6 million people, according to Diego Cagahastian, the city’s information office chief. Erika Sauler
