Edsa F.B. Harrison on full stop due to suspected bomb threat—MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — Motorists were asked to take alternate routes as a portion of EDSA was closed down to motorists after a bag, which may contain explosives, was thrown at the roof of a passenger bus.

In a Twitter post, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said both directions of F.B. Harrison are on “full stop due to the suspected bomb threat in the area.”

“Take alternate routes,” MMDA added.

MMDA also said the involved vehicle is a Bataan Bus.

Police said bomb experts have responded to check whether the bag contained explosives.
