Residents near Tullahan told to evacuate as La Mesa Dam nears spilling level

MANILA, Philippines — Forced evacuation was recommended to residents near Tullahan river as La Mesa Dam in Quezon City neared its spilling level on Tuesday night.

A radio report said that the water reservoir was at 80 meters as of 7:45p.m. Its spilling level was at 80.15 meters.
