CAAP suspends Zamboanga flights due to flooding

MANILA, Philippines—The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on Tuesday suspended commercial operations at the Zamboanga International Airport due to flooding, said Radyo Inquirer 990AM.

CAAP Director General William Hotchkiss III issued a notice suspending flights coming in and out of the airport from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday as widespread flooding had affected runway operations.

CAAP advised passengers to contact their respective airlines for new flight schedules.

The Department of Transportation and Communication announced on Twitter the cancellation of the following flights:
