ELEVEN hopefuls passed the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) C-License Coach Certificate Course offered by the Cebu Football Association (CFA) and handled by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF).
Those who passed the course that started two months ago were Julius Tapia, Orlando Salera, Tirso Ramon Roa, John Phil Opigal, Nolie Entero, Epifanio Ynot, Jonel Palang and Warloo Sabilla of Cebu, Ormoc City’s Edwin Tumampo and Manila’s John Aaron Carlos and Fr. Rolando Rafols.
The certificates of those who passed was awarded last Sunday at the Cebu City Sports Center.
CFA announced that there would be a possibility that another C-License course will be held on November.
The licensing exams were implemented by the Philippine Football Federation’s (PFF) to strengthen its thrust to ban unlicensed coaches from handling teams by next year. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
