THE Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) will ship assorted toys to Zamboanga City for the children in evacuation centers.

Chief Insp. Enrique Belciña, chief of Police Community Relations of CCPO, said they have communicated their intent to the Department of Social Welfare and Development office in Zamboanga regarding the distribution of toys for the children’s enjoyment as the children are the most affected by the ongoing conflict between the Moro National Liberation Front rebels and the government forces there.

“Maayo nalang makatabang ta gamay sa mga bata (At least we can help the children in our own little way),” said Belciña.
