Power outages hit 5 Parañaque villages

MANILA, Philippines—Five villages in Parañaque City have experienced power outages since 4:10 p.m. Thursday, the Manila Electric Co. said.

The emergency power interruption affected portions of the following barangay: Don Bosco, Merville, Moonwalk, San Martin De Porres and Sto. Niño, Meralco said on Twitter.

“All efforts are being exerted to restore power as soon as possible,” the power distributor said.
