MANILA, Philippines — The lawyer of whistleblowers to the pork barrel scam on Monday said they have a strong case.

Levito Baligod told media he was confident of the case based on his experience as litigator.

“Based on my experience as a litigator, I know how to weigh evidence. It is enough to support a finding of probable cause,” he said after a mass for whistleblowers at the National Bureau of Investigation.

Baligod said 10 whistleblowers, including Benhur Luy, will accompany them to the Ombudsman to take an oath in support of his affidavit.

Luy refused to answer questions from the media but said, “Tuloy ang laban (The fight continues).”
