Shoe-lovers should get ready for the Marikina City government’s annual shoe festival.

The formal launch of the Sapatos Festival will be on Monday, Sept. 16, through the inauguration of Patio Del Zapateros, a one-stop shoe shop on J. P. Rizal Street.

The shop will feature Marikina-made shoes which are 30-percent cheaper than those sold in commercial establishments.
