Hundreds join novena at EDSA prayer vigil

MANILA, Philippines – Hundreds of people clad in white gathered at the EDSA shrine for a novena as part of this Wednesday’s prayer vigil for the scrapping of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PFAF) or “pork barrel”.

The participants prayed intently inside the church as they await the mass to be officiated by Fr. Nilo Mangusad, EDSA Shrine rector.
