A 47-year-old man shot dead his 50-year-old brother in barangay Cansuje, Argao, southern town of Cebu last Sunday morning.
Carloso Duran, 47, surrendered to Cansuje barangay councilor Alfredo Geyrozaga after he shot his brother Celedonio Duran Jr. at 11 a.m using a caliber .38 revolver.
PO2 Renato Nacaytona said the brothers have had a history of conflict and had in fact previously sought mediation from the barangay council. /Correspondent Christine Emily L. Pantaleon
