‘Bayle’ spat ends in shooting

Police believed that a Saturday night’s benefit dance or bayle altercation was the motive in the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man in barangay Tabla, Lilo-an around 7 a.m. last Sunday.

Nickson Camanse sustained  fatal gunshot wounds in his abdomen after being hit with  an improvised shotgun.

According to the police, Camanse and his friends figured in a heated argument with the group of Boy Tundag last Saturday. Tundag escaped when police came looking for him. /Correspondent Christine Emily L. Pantaleon
