JVR hoop starts tomorrow
THE FIRST Mayor Johnny V. delos Reyes (JVR) Inter-Barangay Basketball Cup will kick off tomorrow at the Talisay City Sports Complex.
Three divisions will be featured in the tournament—the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) division, Seniors and Open.
San Roque will try to retain its title in the SK division while Dumlog and Cansojong are the defending champions in the seniors and open divisions, respectively

The opening ceremonies will be headed by delos Reyes. He will be joined by councilors Eduardo “Digul” Gullas III, Danny Caballero and Vice Mayor Romeo Villarante.
The winning teams in each division will be walking away with a purse of P40,000 while runners-up get P30,000./CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
