Gothong is Cetba’s best bowler
FORMER Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (CETBA) “Bowler of the Year” awardee Docdoc Gothong was named Bowler of the Month for August last Saturday at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
Gothong claimed the title after topping the monthly tournament with a total of 1,298 pinfalls with 60 handicap points.
Vivian Padawan trailed at second spot with a total of 1,258 pinfalls. Ruel Zuniga placed third with a total of 1,253 pinfalls. Fred Torrequemada (1,197) and Beth Ngo (1,168) settled for fourth and fifth places, respectively.
Around 30 bowlers joined the monthly tournament of CETBA headed by its president Gretchen Tormis. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
