MANILA, Philippines—No thunderstorm will hit the country as of Thursday, the state-run weather bureau said.
Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has terminated thunderstorm advisories for the day, its website said Thursday.
As of 8:30 a.m., light to moderate rains will prevail over Laguna province, including Sta Rosa, Cabuyao, Nagcarlan, Magdalena and nearby areas.
Pagasa said the slight amount of rainfall in Laguna, as well as portions of Cavite and Batangas, will persist for one to two hours.
