Woman nabbed for illegal drugs
POLICE arrested a 52-year-old woman who is allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade in barangay San Roque, Cebu City.
Teresita Buanghug was arrested in her home in Arellano Street where she allegedly sold a pack of suspected shabu worth P200 to PO2 Glenn Michi who acted as poseur-buyer.
After arresting Buanghug, operatives of the Intelligence Branch of the Cebu City Police Office also arrested four other persons who were allegedly caught sniffing shabu in a shack. They were identified as Inday Tumboy, 52; Joel Lahoylahoy, 34; Romel Balbuena, 41, and Bryan Alcantara, 24, they are residents of Arellano Street, barangay San Roque, Cebu City.
Police said that according to reports, Buanghug has been into the selling of illegal drugs for at least a year./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
