MANILA, Philippines—The bounty originally intended for Janet Lim-Napoles is still being offered, but this time for the arrest of her brother, Reynald Lim, Interior Secretary Mar Roxas said Thursday.

“Tuloy ang reward para sa kapatid (The reward is still up for the brother’s [capture]),” Roxas told reporters after no one was awarded of the P10-million reward money for Napoles’ capture since she voluntarily surrendered to President Benigno Aquino III on Wednesday evening.

Napoles and Lim went into hiding after an arrest warrant was issued against them for serious illegal detention of Benhur Luy, one of the whistle-blowers on the alleged P10-billion pork barrel fund racket that Napoles allegedly masterminded.

Attorney Lorna Kapunan, Napoles’ legal counsel, earlier said in a radio interview that Reynald will also surrender to authorities, but didn’t say when and how.

Kapunan said she didn’t have any communication with Napoles when she was still in hiding. She also claimed to not know where her client came from prior to her surrender.
