MANILA, Philippines — A man was shot dead in Makati City Wednesday night, police said Thursday.
Chief Inspector Jenny Tecson, Southern Police District spokeswoman, said that Danilo Narciso, 27, was shot by an unidentified suspect at the corner of P. Medina and Dela Rosa streets in Makati City at around 9:45 p.m.
Senior Police Officer 4 Manuel Umali of the Makati City police said that the suspect fled right after the incident. He added that Narciso died on the spot.
Umali said that they have not yet determined the motive behind the incident but said that an investigation was ongoing.
