Many parts of Metro remain flooded

MANILA, Philippines—Many parts of Metro Manila remained submerged in floodwaters that reached up to neck deep as torrential rains brought by tropical storm “Maring” (international codename: Trami) continued to whip the National Capital Region Tuesday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.

In a Twitter advisory, MMDA said that as of 3:10 p.m., areas with chest-deep floodwaters are the following:
