Body of baby fished out of swollen Tullahan River

MANILA, Philippines — The body of a baby was fished out of Tullahan River in Potrero, Malabon, a radio report said Tuesday.

Torrential rains spawned by the prevailing southwest monsoon intensified by tropical storm “Maring” caused the Tullahan River to swell up.

No one yet has claimed the body of the baby which was brought to St. John Parish, the report said.
