MANILA, Philippines—Classes were suspended in some schools in Metro Manila and provinces in Luzon on Monday by their respective local government units due to rains spawned by the southwest monsoon enhanced by tropical storm “Maring” (international name: Trami).
Classes are suspended in the following areas and schools:
