MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila will experience moderate to heavy rains as a Yellow rainfall advisory was raised by the state weather bureau Sunday afternoon.
The moderate to heavy rains were spawned by the southwest monsoon or habagat enhanced by tropical depression “Maring,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 3:20p.m. advisory.
The rains will likely continue for the next three hours.
Pagasa also warned of possible flooding in low-lying areas.
